Hi Essenceindia, Synchronization is possible for the BLH using parallel operation shown in the linked manual below. CVD528BR-K can supply 2.8 A/phase and is a New Pentagon type 5 phase driver. CVD528BR-K has a 24 VDC input so depending upon if the Berger Lahr RDM596/50 motor was previously used with a AC input driver it could have reduced torque.

Once you wrote 0 to register 0385h you have to save the parameter change to the non-volatile memory. The register for the non-volatile memory is 0191h where you write a 1 to save the change. When you complete the writing to the non-volatile memory cycle the power of the driver.

When you changed the Motor Rotation direction did you change it using the MEXE02 software or by writing to register 0385h? When you send a move command over Modbus are you doing absolute movements or incremental?

For the limit switches you could wire them to the FWD and REV external inputs. You could also wire the push button to these external inputs. For the wiring please refer to the linked manual below.

For the present alarm the upper value will always be 0000 because all the alarms codes can fit in the lower registry. Therefore try reading the lower present alarm register 0081h.

The CVK series is an open loop system so there is no feedback to the driver. We do offer PKP motors with encoders but the feedback would have to go to a controller.
